Catherine is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.  Catherine specialises in the Administration of taxable and non-taxable Estates. Catherine also deals with the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trust administration.  Catherine’s friendly and caring nature, together with her high standards and expectations she holds as an individual enables her to maintain good client relations, with her often receiving existing client referrals and personal recommendations.

Catherine, originally from Cape Town, in South Africa came to Plymouth in 2001 and joined Gill Akaster in 2002, where she later qualified as a Legal Executive Lawyer.

Catherine is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners and anticipates becoming a full member in the summer of 2012.

Catherine has recently been appointed as an Associate of Gill Akaster LLP.
