David’s specialist areas are commercial landlord and tenant, development, acquisitions and disposals, with particular expertise in the retail sector.  David advised P&O Estates on the site assembly and lettings for Drake Circus Shopping Centre, the largest town centre retail development in Plymouth and Sutton Harbour Group on the pre-letting of a mixed use scheme at Portland, Weymouth in readiness for the 2012 Olympic sailing events.
 
David is named in Chambers as a “Leader in the Field” for real estate. Qualified at London West End firm Brecher & Co in 1992.  Joined Bond Pearce in 1997 where he became an associate in 2001.  Joined Foot Anstey in 2007 where he was made a partner in 2008.  Joined Gill Akaster LLP as a partner in 2010.
