David Wallis – achieved a First Class Honours Degree in Law and was awarded the “Machins Law Prize” for the best Law Graduate of 1998 at his University. He then went on to achieve a Distinction on his Legal Practice Course before qualifying in 2001. He has previously worked for law firms in Cornwall, joining Gill Akaster in 2010.

David heads our residential conveyancing department being experienced in all forms of residential property including freehold and leasehold house and flat sale and purchase transactions, equity release schemes, remortgages, setting up management companies, transfers of equity and matrimonial property transfers . He is also experienced in new site acquisitions, site development and plot sales.
