After serving in the Navy, Eoin qualified as a Barrister in 1996.  He later transferred to the solicitor's side of the profession, specialising in employment law.  He has retained his rights of audience in all courts, is a regular Tribunal advocate and has represented clients at all levels up to the Court of Appeal.

Employment law is a fast changing area, of vital concern to business clients.  Eoin joined Gill Akaster in 2005 to ensure the firm met these needs and that employers with tribunal claims could have a trusted adviser on hand at every stage of the process.
