James has been with Gill Akaster since 2006.  He graduated with a Law Degree (LLB) from Plymouth University in 2004 and went on to study his LPC at Exeter University in 2006.  James qualified as a Solicitor in 2009  and is now in our commercial team.  James deals with all aspects of commercial litigation.  He highly recommends and promotes the Dispute Assessment and Risk Evaluation (‘DARE’) service that Gill Akaster offer.

James pioneered our low cost, fixed fee debt recovery service (Debt RIP) for commercial debts, designed to make sure our commercial clients get the money they deserve.  James is also building up a great following in the local community for his increasing levels of work in the field of non contentious company/commercial work.
