Jonathan qualified as a Solicitor in 1993 before joining Gill Akaster in 2006 when he became Head of our Wills, Trusts & Taxation team.

Jonathan specialises in Inheritance Tax Planning for clientele throughout the South West and beyond and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners. Jonathan also deals with complex estate administration and capital taxes planning, including Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
