Jonathan joined Gill Akaster in 2006 when he became Head of our Wills, Trusts & Taxation team.  He has 20 years experience specialising in Inheritance Tax and Trust Planning for clientele throughout the South West and beyond.  Jonathan also deals with complex estate administration and capital taxes planning, including Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters

Jonathan and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners, Solicitors for the Elderly and the Law Society Probate Section.
