Senior Litigation Executive Margaret Tuckett has been part of the Personal Injury team for more than 28 years and a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers for 10 years.

She has successfully assisted clients in pursuing compensation claims for Accidents at work; slipping and tripping; children’s claims.  In particular 2 of her memorable cases have been reported in the media involving a road traffic accident claim of £1.5 million and a claim under the Animals Act both causing brain and other injuries.
