- Clients should be kept informed about costs and never be surprised by a bill
- Clients should be kept up to date with developments as soon as they happen
- We should be available for clients when they call or make an appointment
- Telephone calls from clients should be returned the same day
- Correspondence should be dealt with within 2 working days of it being received
- Letters to clients and other solicitors should be written in plain language
