As a Lexcel Accredited law firm we believe that:

  • Clients should be kept informed about costs and never be surprised by a bill
  • Clients should be kept up to date with developments as soon as they happen
  • We should be available for clients when they call or make an appointment
  • Telephone calls from clients should be returned the same day
  • Correspondence should be dealt with within 2 working days of it being received
  • Letters to clients and other solicitors should be written in plain language
