Paul qualified December 1975, partner in 3 partner firm Chody Littlejohn and Co in Kenton 1979-1984; Partner in Wolferstans 1988- 2001; partner here 2001 onwards.

I have always specialised in commercial property work– sale and purchase of businesses, lease renewals, rent reviews  and commercial landlord and tenant work generally.  In addition I am experienced in licensing work (eg grant of new premises licences and applications to vary premises licences) and the setting up of new residential and commercial estates for developers. I have acted for many  “movers” and “shakers” in the area over a period of some 27 years. I am a past chairman of Plymouth 41 Club and a director of RNH (West End) Limited, the management company for a large part of the Millfields.

Interests include sports, theatre and music. I enjoy playing the piano (very badly) and have just embarked on a series of golf lessons.
