Peter has 17 years successful experience in resolving client disputes over a wide range of issues. Specialising in litigation matters Peter is a qualified mediator having obtained accreditation through C.E.D.R. (The Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution). 

 

In addition to his general litigation practice, Peter is a key member of the Commercial Litigation and Employment team bringing a wealth of experience in handling Tribunal cases and providing business related advice in matters including insolvency. Peter is regularly sought after by clients for his positive and robust approach on their behalf. He is also a Higher Rights (Civil Proceedings) Advocate.
