Robert qualified in London in 1981 and joined Gill Akaster in the same year.  He now has some 30 years experience dealing with company commercial and commercial property work. Robert has a loyal client following, and enjoys the variety of work that flows from this.
 
As well as the sale and purchase of commercial properties, the sale of business, and leasehold work, Robert has specialised in mortgage securitisation and has recently been involve in the drafting of complex loan facility agreements. 

Robert was involved in the formation of Peninsula Finance Plc, and as director of that company has a good understanding of underwriting issues and risk management.
